Background Information

I am a mom of two littles, Reagan and Greyson, who are very active and love to keep me on my toes. I was a part of the Illinois Army National Guard for 9 years. I was full time for 4 years working only for the National Guard. After having children, my husband and I, made the decision to allow me to stay home and pursue a different career path. I have always had a passion for fitness, I was a long distance runner a majority of my life until I began attending group fitness classes. These classes changed the way I thought about fitness. I then became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and now I get to change the way people think about their health and fitness. Online Personal Training is a new found focus and passion.

Background Information

With a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a Certified Personal Training Certificate, I have years of personal training experience, both one-on-one and in small groups.  I personalize every workout to the need of the clientele and listen to the needs and wants of each individual. With personalized plans each client can have an action to reach their goals.  Most plans include eating more Whole Foods and exercising consistently, to ensure the best results for clients. I, personally will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.

My goal is to change views on both nutrition and fitness so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle.
